Is there a subscription fee for BidCall Direct feat. AutoBidLive.com?

There is no recurring flat fee for access to our automated bidding tool. We do charge $20 per car purchased through BidCall Direct, billed monthly. This is billed in arrears so you only pay for the vehicles you purchased using our tool.

Is there a subscription fee for BidCall Central?

Yes, there is a yearly subscription fee for access to the BidCall Central software. This is based on a flat fee and then is scaled based on the number of licenses you purchase for your company. Contact us to learn more.

Is there a subscription fee for BidCall Services?

Yes, there is a monthly subscription fee on top of the yearly BidCall Central fee. This monthly fee depends on exactly how much of purchasing you want us to manage for your company. Contact us to learn more.

Can I cancel BidCall Direct feat. AutoBidLive.com at any time?

Yes, we’ll send you a final bill for any vehicles purchased, but there is no disconnection fee and you are not locked into a subscription of any kind.

Can I cancel BidCall Central at any time?

Yes, if it's near your yearly subscription fee due date, the next year will be dismissed and you will lose access to our software, but there is no disconnection fee and you are not locked into a subscription agreement of any kind. If it's between subscription fee due dates, contact Racer about your concerns and we will work something out!

Can I cancel BidCall Services at any time?

Yes, we'll settle any outstanding payments, but there is no disconnection fee and you are not locked into a subscription agreement of any kind. We bill for the upcoming month based on the previous month's performance, so if you cancel near the end of the month, you should have already paid in full at that time for services rendered.
